Polished concrete floors, raw concrete panel walls in a warm sand tone, and a huge roller door that floods the room with natural daylight. The walls take colour, drapery and styling beautifully, which means the room can be almost anything: a bright daylight content studio, a pop-up shop, a seated dinner for 80, a launch party for 120.

One room, entirely yours for the time you book it. No shared walls with a function room next door. No two-hour turnaround because there's another booking behind you.
