Most venues come with a mood already baked in. Ours doesn't.
Suite Four is 120 square metres of blank canvas - polished floors, warm raw concrete walls, and a roller door that fills the room with daylight. Open it up for a Saturday morning Bridal Tea Party. Rig the backdrops for a brand launch. Draw the curtains and light it low for the evening. Same room, completely different day.
And because we're a content team as well as a space, we can photograph the whole thing while it happens. One booking, one invoice, one team - you get the event and the content from it.
No shared walls. No function room next door. No two-hour turnaround because there's another booking behind you.
Two ways to do it
Just the space - Take the room by the hour and bring your own styling, catering and vision. Studio lighting, backdrops and props are already in there.

The bit we have to say
Every event booking comes with a hire agreement and a refundable $500 bond. It's short, it's plain English, and it protects you as much as it protects us.
A few house rules: music stops at 11pm per the building rules, real-flame candles and effects need prior approval, alcohol is BYO, and open-invite or ticketed events need to be discussed with us first.
