Studio Hire Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 August 2026

These terms apply to studio hire and Content Session bookings at Suite Four, Unit 4, 16–18 Harp St, Campsie NSW 2194. By making a booking, you agree to them.

1. What studio hire is

Studio hire is for working shoots — photography, video, podcast and content production.

Studio hire includes you, your crew and your talent, up to a maximum of 10 people.

Studio hire does not include guests, catering, alcohol, decorating or restyling the room, or any gathering of a social nature.

If your booking involves any of those things, it's an event booking, not a studio booking. Event bookings are priced differently and require a hire agreement and a bond. If you arrive with an event and a studio booking, we may end the booking without refund. We'd much rather sort it out in advance — just ask us.

2. Your booking

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Bookings are for the times stated, and that includes your set-up and pack-down — please don't book two hours and expect to arrive half an hour early.

3. Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Your booking isn't confirmed until payment has been received. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

4. Running over

If you run past your booked time, additional time is charged at $190 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. We may not be able to give you extra time if there's a booking behind you, so please plan your pack-down into your booking.

5. Cancelling or changing

Our cancellation terms are set out in our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. What's included

Godox DP4000III 800W studio flash lighting, coloured and neutral backdrops, decorative pieces including the lounge, small kitchen area, bathroom facilities, and use of the loading zone.

The mezzanine level is our office and is not included in your hire. Photographers are welcome to use it briefly for high-angle shots by arrangement on the day.

7. Equipment

Our lighting and equipment is included, and we'll show you how to use it if you need. You're responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by you, your crew or your talent.

You're welcome to bring your own equipment. We're not responsible for your equipment while it's on our premises — please don't leave anything behind.

8. Looking after the space

Please leave the space as you found it. Specifically:

  • Remove all of your rubbish, props and equipment
  • Return our furniture and props to where you found them
  • No adhesives, nails, screws, tape or paint on the walls, floors or ceilings
  • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises
  • No open flame, smoke machines, haze, sparklers or pyrotechnics without our prior written approval
  • No confetti, glitter, loose sand or anything similar without prior approval
  • No pets without prior approval, except assistance animals

If the space needs additional cleaning beyond normal use, or if anything is damaged, we'll invoice you for the cost.

9. Safety

You're responsible for the safety of everyone you bring with you. Please don't block exits, overload power points, or leave cables where people walk. Our maximum capacity for studio hire is 10 people.

10. Content and licensing

Where we're producing content for you, our Content Services & Licence Terms apply and set out who owns and can use the images.

Where you're shooting your own content, you own it. We'd love to share it — but we'll always ask first.

11. Insurance

We recommend you hold your own public liability and equipment insurance. We're not responsible for loss or damage to your property, or for injury arising from your activities in the space, except where we're at fault.

12. If we have to cancel

If something outside our control means we can't provide the space — flood, fire, power failure, building access issues — we'll offer you the first available alternative date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
