Suite Four Pty Ltd (ABN 11 700 348 063) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect personal information that you give us directly, including:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Billing and payment details
  • Booking details — dates, times, the nature of your booking, guest numbers
  • Business details, where you're booking on behalf of a business
  • Any information you include in an enquiry, brief or message to us

We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and how long you spend on them. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools.

Why we collect it

We use your personal information to:

  • Take and manage your booking
  • Process payments, deposits and bonds
  • Communicate with you about your booking
  • Deliver content and services you've engaged us for
  • Respond to your enquiries
  • Send you marketing emails, where you've asked to receive them
  • Meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations

Payments

We don't store your full card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Our payment processor, to take payment
  • Our booking and scheduling platform
  • Our email and website providers
  • Our accountant, insurer or lawyers, where necessary
  • Anyone else you've asked us to share it with
  • Government or law enforcement, where we're legally required to

Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States.

Marketing

If you've subscribed to our mailing list, we'll send you occasional emails about availability, offers and news. Every email has an unsubscribe link and we'll action it promptly.

Photography at our premises

We sometimes photograph or film our space for marketing, including during events and shoots. Where you or your guests may appear, we'll let you know in advance and you can ask us not to. If you'd prefer we didn't, just tell us — it's not a problem.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and for as long as we're legally required to — generally seven years for financial records.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No system is perfect, but we treat your information carefully and limit who can see it.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@suitefour.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days. There's no charge.

Complaints

If you think we've mishandled your personal information, email contact@suitefour.com.au and we'll take it seriously. If you're not satisfied with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated.
